The most recent change in the band occurred in 2007, bringing in the strength of two local favorites Steve (Guitar) and Frank (Bass). These accomplished musicians bring the diversification that is catapulting TMG to the next level. With their combined talent working in the local cover scene for over a decade with the likes of Pushin’ Daisys, Junkmunkey, Crank, and Dog Voices.

This new chemistry of talent is unlike any other cover band in New Jersey. Mike's exacting vocals, Steve razor sharp guitar sound and complimenting vocals, Frank's never altering bass, and the glue that keeps it all together, Steve on the drums. The band has never received such astounding accolades as they have at their recent shows. With their vast diversification and musical tastes, coming up with creative sets for all occasions is accomplished quite easily. The band has been generating praise with their “Un-Godz” acoustic shows. These performances let the boyz showcase their music in a more intimate stripped down setting.

When asked about the origin of the name for the band there is only one simple answer. We play all the Godz of Rock and Roll. There is no particular genre for the band. It is like listening to your iPod…..covering tunes that range from hard rock to pop & dance. The band includes several medleys in their sets; including their 80’s pop tribute, their We Will Rock You medley, and a special U2 montage.
